  • All costs for materials related to the event.
  • Tables, chairs, chair covers, plates, cutleries, glasses, napkins and table clothes.
  • Cost for transportation to and from the venue of all materials, cleaning thereafter.
  • Personal staff required for the event, transportation and meals.
